meet me (haven) —

I’ve always been a very curious person. I was the kid who would ditch my family and go to the front of the tour group to learn all I could from the guide. Now I’ve been married to my high school sweetheart for 12 years and have two kids who have morphed my Instagram into their own personal fan account page but that quest to learn never went away. Most recently I enjoy taking popular topics and dissecting them over a matcha latte with my girlfriends but now I just record those conversations in podcast form!

I love to discuss anything & everything. Topics range from relationships (is it normal to fight over how forks go in a dishwasher every day of my life?), parenting (how can I "gentle parent" while being physically assaulted by my toddler?), body image (are we botoxing now??) and spirituality (do I still hold my same beliefs I did 10 years ago?) all are on the table to be looked at, explored, turned over, and welcomed. I won't necessarily find the answers, but truly believe the questions hold the power.
